In the ‘Summer Paradise’ category, Salzburg remains the benchmark and has secured first place for the sixth time. Behind it, Kolsassberg and Vienna demonstrate that both alpine and urban perspectives are particularly in demand.

Winter Wonderland category: Großarl tops the list for the first time
A new winner has emerged in the “Winter Wonderland” category: Großarl has won over voters with an impressive winter panorama, pushing established top destinations down the rankings. Filzmoos and Zell am See complete the podium.

An award that brings emotions to life
“With the Panorama Award, we put the spotlight on our most beautiful panoramas in Austria and Switzerland every year,” explains CTO Ferdinand Hager, adding: “The high turnout in the voting shows just how much panoramas inspire people. Ultimately, panoramas are authentic snapshots, but also sources of inspiration and digital calling cards for entire regions.”
