Since May 2024, guests in South Tyrol have had access to the South Tyrol Guest Pass. This has created a unified system that, among other things, enables free use of public transportation and makes an important contribution to shifting traffic away from private vehicles.
The project was developed in close collaboration between the Mobility Consortium, LTS, IDM South Tyrol, and STA. The technical implementation was carried out by feratel, an experienced partner in the field of digital guest cards.
The South Tyrol Guest Pass benefits guests, the local population, and the environment alike: less private vehicle traffic, increased use of public transportation, and additional investments in mobility infrastructure.
