25 years of the feratel Service Centre in Villach

A location with history, expertise and a bright future.

The feratel Service Centre Villach will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026. What began in 2001 with a small team has, over the past two and a half decades, developed into a key location with comprehensive expertise, a strong focus on service and close ties to customers both at home and abroad.

 

The service centre was founded on the initiative of CEO Markus Schröcksnadel with the aim of offering feratel’s customers not only high-performance technological solutions, but also reliable and high-quality customer support.

Over the past 25 years, what began as a small team led by Bernhard Taurer, Liselotte Bürchner, Brigitte Hinterlechner and Michaela Pinter has grown into an established site with more than 30 staff members today.

From the very beginning, the Villach Service Centre has supported national and international customers and contributed its expertise to key feratel projects. Milestones include contributions to the further development of Deskline, the implementation of international projects, and involvement in technological and organisational innovations within the company.

A key factor in the site’s success is the combination of long-standing experience and continuous development. Many staff members have been with the Service Centre for many years and contribute significantly to its success through their knowledge, reliability and commitment. At the same time, this expertise is passed on to new colleagues, thereby laying the foundations for the site’s continued development.

The 25th anniversary is an opportunity to look back on the development of the Villach Service Centre and to thank all staff members for their dedication and their contribution to our shared success. feratel warmly congratulates the team in Villach on this anniversary and looks forward to continuing to work together.
