"For tourism service outside operating hours, we upgraded to new information terminals by feratel in 2013 that are available to our guests round-the-clock in Lübeck and Travemünde. Using a touchscreen, guests can find information about sightseeing attractions and events, book their accommodation directly, watch videos and send them to their loved ones at home using an e-card. With feratel we are set for the future and we look forward to an ongoing collaboration."
